Thirteen large, double-sided, patterned card letters spell out HAPPY BIRTHDAY. The letters are in assorted colors and designs, all with a strong folk art aesthetic. String them together on yarn or ribbon of your choice (not included). The finished banner will measure between 2 and 3 yards long.Â
